Failure to comply with these rules may result in EasyFlightTravel and its affiliated companies reserving the right to take legal action against those individuals.

Prices on the Website:

The prices provided by EasyFlightTravel.com typically include accommodation fees, taxes, and occasionally meals such as breakfast, lunch, or dinner. However, they do not cover any personal expenses or additional charges such as phone calls, personal services, entry fees to attractions, or bar expenses.

Alteration and Termination policy

We assist you in making various changes to your bookings. Sometimes, you may need to directly contact the airline for certain changes. The correction fees on EasyFlightTravel.com are subject to change based on the airline's policy, which can vary due to flight timings and booking class. Apart from the airline's revision fees, we do not charge any additional fees for alterations. In other words, you only need to pay the fare difference and any other charges required by the airlines, with no extra charges from us. You can also make corrections by contacting the airline's Call Center directly. For any changes to flight tickets, you can reach out to our customer care number. Cancellation charges for flight tickets may vary depending on the services, and they are subject to the airlines' policies. Please note that fares are non-refundable for special offers or discounted airfare.

Payment Policy Acceptance:

  • All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. EasyFlightTravel may split your total charge into two parts: Taxes and Airline Base. However, the overall amount will remain the same as authorized and quoted by you during booking. Baggage fees are not included in the prices displayed.
  • Tickets are confirmed only after ticketing is completed. Payment submission does not guarantee ticket availability. If your credit card payment fails for any reason, EasyFlightTravel will notify you within 24 hours.
  • For payments made with International Debit or Credit Cards when purchasing Air Tickets, specific documents are required for processing passenger E-Tickets. These documents include a completed 'Credit Card Authorization Form,' a government-issued identity proof with a photograph and signatures on both sides, and both sides of the Debit or Credit card showing the card owner's signature.
  • Please note that Airline Ticket prices are subject to change until ticketed.

Third Party and International Credit & Debit Cards Payment

If you use an International Debit Card or Credit Card to buy Air Tickets for personal use or on behalf of someone else, you must provide specific documents for processing passenger E-Tickets. Below are the documents needed:

  1. A fully filled-out 'Credit Card Authorization Form'
  2. A copy of government-issued identity proof showing both the front and back sides, including a photograph and signatures
  3. Both sides of the Debit or Credit card, clearly displaying the card owner's signature. Please note that Airline Ticket prices are subject to change until ticketed.
